These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of invasived.com (the "Site") and the design and development services provided by Invasive Design ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing a package or booking a consultation, you agree to these Terms. Please also review our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
We provide design and development services through hour-based packages. Each package includes a set number of service hours that can be used flexibly across our services as your project requires:
The work covered by your hours is agreed with you based on your project scope. Hours are consumed as work is carried out.
Additional hours are available to active clients. If a project needs more time than your package includes, you can purchase additional hours so the work can continue without interruption.
Prices may be shown in your local currency for convenience. Displayed local currency values are approximate conversions and are provided for convenience only. All final purchases are processed in USD, and the USD amount is the amount charged at checkout.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By purchasing a package or additional hours, you authorize the charge for the amount shown at checkout in USD. We do not store your full card details. Work generally begins after a consultation to confirm your goals and scope.
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Where a refund is approved, it is generally calculated using unused service hours only. Duplicate charges or payment errors are refunded in full once verified.
To help us deliver on time, you agree to provide the information, materials, access, and feedback we reasonably need. Delays caused by missing input or feedback may affect timelines and are not grounds for a refund.
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, ownership of the final deliverables transfers to you once the related work has been paid for in full. We may retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio. Third-party assets, fonts, and tools remain subject to their own licenses.
We provide our services with reasonable skill and care. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the services is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant work, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Site or our services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
