This Privacy Policy explains how Invasive Design ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you visit invasived.com (the "Site"), book a consultation, and purchase our hour-based service packages. Information you provide. When you contact us, purchase hours, or book a consultation, you may provide your name, email address, company details, project information, and billing details. Payment card details are entered directly with our payment processor and are not stored on our servers.
Consultation booking information. When you book a consultation through our booking system, we collect your selected dates and times, the project requirements you describe, and the communication details you submit so we can schedule and prepare for the session.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site we may receive your IP address, approximate location (used to display prices in your local currency), browser and device information, and pages viewed. We also store small amounts of data in your browser's local storage (for example your cart, selected currency, and cookie preferences).
We use essential cookies and browser local storage to make the Site function (such as remembering your cart, selected currency, and consent choices). With your consent, we may also use analytics tools, including Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, to understand visitor behavior, improve usability, and enhance website performance.

Purchases are processed securely by Stripe. When you check out, your payment information is collected and processed by Stripe under its own privacy policy. We receive confirmation of your transaction and limited billing details, but we do not store your full card number.
The Site may detect your approximate location to display pricing in your local currency. Displayed local currency values are approximate conversions provided for convenience only. All final purchases and transactions are processed in USD, and the USD amount is the amount you are charged at checkout.
